Starters
You can never go wrong with starting out your meal with a serving or two of veggies, like our Brussels Sprouts. We totally get it if you eat them for your meal. 😉
Salads
We have several salads on our menu that you can add protein to for a heartier meal or enjoy “as is”. Our protein options include salmon, shrimp, chicken, oysters, crabcake, and calamari. One of our most popular salads is our Warm Chicken Salad. This salad includes sauteed peppers, onions, and warm grilled chicken with blue cheese crumbles and lemon basil vinaigrette!
Mains
We have several options to choose from when opting to make healthier choices at Midtown. Another fan favorite is our Grilled Salmon. It’s grilled to perfection and glazed with honey sriracha. Roasted Chicken is also available at lunch and dinner. Remember, any of our sandwiches can be served minus the bun for those of you who are watching carbs. (The crab cake is just as delicious without a bun!)
