We are not trying to wish summer away but the holiday season will be here before we know it! Believe it or not, now is the time to start planning your holiday gatherings. Currently, our private events calendar is open and flexible but it is filling up fast. We would love to host your family get-together, friends’ gift exchange, office holiday party, and everything in between to help you celebrate the season. We are answering a few of our commonly asked party planning questions below. Keep reading to learn more and reach out to us with any additional questions you have.
Where to Sit?
Depending on how many guests you plan to invite, we can help you decide what area of the restaurant is best for you.
Lounge/ Bar – Seated Dinner or Reception: 15 guests capacity
Reserve a Table – Seated Dinner: 20 guests
If you will be having more than 20 guests, we recommend our private room.
Private Room – Seated Dinner or Reception: 30 guests capacity
Standing Reception: 45 guests capacity
Our Midtown Grille private dining room also features a 60-inch TV screen that is laptop compatible. Run a slide show of pictures, put up your logo, review a PowerPoint Presentation, or have your favorite Christmas movie playing in the background!
Patio – Seated Dinner or Reception: 25 guests capacity
North Carolina weather can be a little all over the place. Depending on when you plan to host your event, this could be an option.
What’s to Eat?
One of the main ingredients in throwing the perfect holiday party is the food. We can create a completely customized menu to fit your group’s needs. For parties of 16 or fewer guests, event hosts have a choice of ordering from our regular menu, as well as from one of our banquet menus. For parties of 16 or more, we recommend ordering from one of our prix-fixe menus included in our Event Packet. We are always happy to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergy concerns.
What’s to Drink?
Whites, reds, champagne, draft beer, and spirited cocktails – our bartenders can do it all! We can set up a tab to limit the number of drinks each person has or have guests purchase drinks on separate tabs if you prefer. Check out our Drink Menu.
