Triangle Restaurant Week Lunch Menu – $15
First Course:
Thai Curry Red Lentil Soup – jicama, scallion, cilantro oil
Mixed Greens Salad – tomato, cucumber, goat cheese, caesar vinaigrette
Second Course:
Shrimp and Grits – smoked tomato, Tasso ham, stone ground grits
Warm Roast Beef Sandwich – white cheddar, lettuce, tomato, pickled onion, horseradish aioli on a potato bun
Applewood Smoked Bacon BLT – herb mayonnaise, lettuce, vine ripe tomato
Third Course:
Flourless Mexican Chocolate Cake – spiced ganache, chocolate coconut icing, cherry syrup
Caramelized Butternut Squash Cheesecake – fig butter, spiced cream
Apple Cranberry Crumble – vanilla orange ice cream

Smoked NC Whitefish Spread – cornichon, pickled onion, candied lemon, crostini
Iceberg Salad – applewood smoked bacon, deviled egg, blue cheese, buttermilk dressing
Second Course:
Orecchiette Pasta – house-made lamb sausage, squash, kale, local goat cheese
Seared Salmon – celery root puree, broccolini, shaved fennel, brandy green peppercorn sauce
Joyce Farms Chicken Breast – miso soy glaze, toasted barley, nappa cabbage, bok choy, charred ginger emulsion
Third Course:
